Lighthouse tumbler personalized with name

I had fun with this tumbler. It was my very first attempt at hydro dipping. I actually really love this technique.

I have found a brand of spray paint that I really like from Ace Hardware. It is called HARDCORE and I love the coverage that I get. Here is the list of colors that I used for the hydro dipping:

• Electric Blue

• Paris Green

• Silver

• Black

• Satin White (Krylon brand)

I started with a tumbler that I purchased at a store called That's Cheap. I sanded the finish off and primed with Krylon Satin White spray paint.

After prepping my tumbler I grabbed my colors and a bucket of water. I just randomly sprayed the colors in the bucket of water and then swirled it a little before I dipped the tumbler.

I shook off the water and let it dry before I did my coat of epoxy with some glitter added for a little bit of bling.

I then cut out the image I wanted to use on my Cricut machine and adhered to the tumbler once the coat of epoxy dried. I then added another coat of epoxy and we were all done.
