I prepped the tumbler and spray painted it white. I then poured the rubbing alcohol on it and then started putting the alcohol inks on it...not in any specific pattern. When the alcohol evaporated I used a small spray bottle that I got at the Dollar Tree and kept spraying it while on the turner. I only wanted a little bit of silver so I did not use a lot of that. I then did a light coat of epoxy.
While the epoxy was wet I added glitter at the bottom.
I used mod podge to adhere the otter and also did a layer on the top of it. I did one final coat of epoxy and it was done.
This was a fun project. I had never used alcohol inks and wasn't sure how to do it so, I just went for it.
